Objective for the Role 

We are building next-generation Generative AI products that deliver actionable data insights at enterprise scale. Our UI/UX Engineering team bridges design and engineering to deliver intuitive, performant, and explainable experiences for AI-powered products. The team works closely with AI, data, and platform engineers to turn complex AI capabilities into usable and trusted user experiences. 

The UI/UX Engineer is responsible for implementing high-quality, user-centric interfaces for AI-driven data insight products. This role focuses on translating design intent into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions. 

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid; 3 days onsite/2 days remote) 

What You’ll Do:  

• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces for AI-powered applications. 

• Translate design mockups, prototypes, and user flows into production-quality code. 

• Build reusable UI components and design system elements. 

• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers. 

• Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance standards are met. 

• Develop and maintain scalable UI components and front-end architecture. 

• Work with designers to ensure accurate implementation of UX intent. 

• Optimize UI performance for data- and AI-intensive workflows. 

• Ensure consistent user experience across products and platforms. 

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Strong experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks. 

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based UI development. 

• Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs and backend services. 

• Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles. 

• Familiarity with data visualization or analytics-driven interfaces is a plus. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 6–9 years of experience in UI/UX engineering or front-end development. 

• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications. 

• Exposure to AI-powered or data-intensive products is a strong plus.
