- Interaction & Visual Design: Design and create elegant solutions to complex workflow problems. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- AI-Driven Workflows: Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for AI-powered features, ensuring that complex AI interactions are accessible, transparent, and seamlessly integrated into the user's workflow.
- Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand business requirements, define UX goals, and ensure the seamless implementation of designs in an agile environment.
- Design Consistency: Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all touchpoints by contributing to our design system and adhering to accessibility best practices.
- User-Centered Approach: Participate in user research and usability testing to understand customer workflows and needs. Translate insights from research and data into actionable design improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Clearly articulate design rationale and present concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine solutions.
- Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user research, wireframing, interaction design, and creating elegant solutions.
- Experience designing complex workflows and applications. Prior experience in FinTech, lending, credit, or financial data platforms is a plus.
- Experience designing AI workflows, features, or intelligent agents within complex applications is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in core design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), as well as experience leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate design workflows, ideation, and asset creation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is prefered.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
