UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a creative designer with an engineering mindset to join us as a consultant across multiple projects in fast-moving technology domains. You'll take a central role across the full product development spectrum - from initial ideation to sustainable operations at scale - working on AI enablement tools, data platforms, and blockchain/payment systems. You thrive in environments where end users are the true compass of the product roadmap.

Projects span three main domains: AI-powered tools and workflows that make complex systems accessible to users; data platforms focused on exploration, pipeline management, and analytics; and blockchain/payment products including wallets, DeFi interfaces, and on-chain experiences. Several of our clients are large Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs), so familiarity with financial systems and regulatory context is part of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Define initial product versions designed to validate assumptions quickly
• Create and simplify product architecture, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Support the delivery team in decision-making throughout development
• Embed growth dynamics structurally into the product
• Communicate with development teams to align design and implementation.

Technical skills:

• 3+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, blockchain, or data-heavy products - you need to understand the domain to design for it effectively
• Ability to independently work and understand business and domain context, without requiring extensive onboarding support
• Strong understanding of UX design principles
• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping with reusable components
• Understanding of HTML & CSS limitations is a plus.

• Keen eye for detail and high-quality, purpose-driven design
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
