The Intermediate User Experience (UX/UI) Designer will be part of the Asia Segment Experience Design community and will contribute to user research, design exploration, and delivery of intuitive UI/UX solutions.
This role works closely with regional and local market Product Owners and delivery teams to help design and evolve customer and agent experiences across digital platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
- Apply user-centered design thinking to support the creation of quality digital experiences
- Translate requirements and concepts into wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes
- Support storytelling by presenting design insights and solutions visually and verbally
- Assist in defining problem statements by validating assumptions and considering user and business needs
- Participate in discovery and research activities to understand users, journeys, and service contexts
- Contribute to artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and simple service blueprints
- Support or conduct usability testing, interviews, and other research activities under guidance
- Identify usability issues and UI/UX insights through research and analysis
- Iterate designs based on feedback, testing results, and technical constraints
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design specifications are clearly understood and implemented
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team including designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of dedicated UX/UI design experience working on digital products or platforms
- Experience designing interfaces for mobile, tablet, and desktop environments
- Practical experience with user-centered design processes, usability testing, and accessibility best practices
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes using tools such as Figma
- Exposure to working with or contributing to design systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, business, and design teammates
- Good understanding of human-centered design principles and how to apply them in delivery work
- Willingness to share knowledge, learn from others, and grow design capability within the team
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Demonstrable skills in illustration, iconography, or visual communication are an advantage
- Basic familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus
Communication:
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders
- Good command of spoken and written English

Skills Required
- 3 - 5 years of dedicated UX design experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Experience in designing user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility best practices.
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent and effective communication and persuasive skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of basic HTML5 and CSS3 is a bonus.
- Strong skills in articulating design processes, ideas, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of and passion for championing the importance of human centered design.
- Openness to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Demonstrable skills in illustration, photography, or diagrammatic expertise are an advantage.
- Experience in designing for AI-driven experiences and interfaces is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI design tools is beneficial.
