JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 - 5 years of related experience in the role
- Must-have Knowledge and hands-on experience of Figma usage, Azure DevOps and working in an Agile environment/project
- Work with business analyst and product owners to understand requirements and propose design solutions
- Translate mock-up’s to high fidelity designs
- Work on complex requirements and design with usability, accessibility in mind
- Experience with design system or library is a plus
- Good facilitator and communicator
- Organized, can work independently and is a team player
- Problem solver
- With drive to continuously drive self-development
- With potential to lead and mentor
