Overview

Enhesa empowers global businesses to create a safer, more sustainable future by providing regulatory and sustainability intelligence that helps them to protect employees, consumers, clients, and the environment.  We are looking for a skilled UX designer with intermediate experience to join our growing Product Team.  As a UI/UX Designer, you will focus on designing user interfaces and experiences for our suite of B2B SaaS solutions, ensuring usability and consistency across products.

You will work closely with the design lead, product managers, and developers to deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs.


Your Key Responsibilities

Design Execution:

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure designs align with established design guidelines and contribute to maintaining consistency across products.

Research & Innovation:

  • Participate in the design process from ideation to final delivery, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Assist in usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Stay updated on UX best practices and emerging design trends.

Design Systems:

  • Contribute to maintaining and improving the Enhesa design system.
  • Ensure adherence to branding and accessibility standards in your designs.

Skills And Attributes for Success

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design.
  • Experience working with design systems.

Attributes:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to design tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive in learning and improving design skills.

 

Requirements

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in UX design, preferably with B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience designing user interfaces and experiences for SaaS products or platforms, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and process.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology is a plus
  • Experience with global user base is a plus



Salary Range
$80,000$85,000 CAD
