About The Role
- As a UI/UX Designer, you will act as the bridge between users, business needs, and product development — translating insights into intuitive experiences, shaping design strategies, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful and usable products. While ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency, you will design user-centered solutions that balance user needs with technical and business constraints. You will contribute to enhancing the overall user experience and enable early validation of ideas through research, prototyping, and testing.
- Leveraging user research methods, design systems, prototyping tools, and data-driven insights, you will add value to every stage of the product discovery and delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product owners and other designers to ideate new products and features
- Develop pixel-perfect specs and design documentation, based on product requirements
- Deliver high quality work according to project schedules in an agile development environment
- Work closely with engineers to implement your designs at a high degree of quality
- Translate user insights, data, and business goals into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Measure and communicate the impact of design decisions on user experience and product KPIs
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in design or related field
- Experience min 3 years in the complete lifecycle – successfully delivering, mobile, software apps, web platforms
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Marvel etc
- An understanding of agile product development practices
- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Create beautiful, clean UI while maintaining brand consistency
- Knowledge of UX perspective
- Extreme attention to detail and consistency, passion for pixel perfection
- Comfortable giving and receiving critical design feedback
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
- An impressive online portfolio demonstrating experience designing user interfaces and experiences
- Ability to analyze and work with quantitative and qualitative research dat
- Working with and helping the growth of a design system
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
