UI/UX Designer

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction. The candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Responsibilities

• Designing high-converting, visually appealing landing pages that effectively communicate our brand's message and meet our marketing goals.
• Define interaction models, user task flows, interactions and UI specifications.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and apps function and look like.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
• Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
• Prototyping, usability testing, user interviews, A/B testing, user stories and journeys.

• Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, digital art, a sensitivity to typography and color, a general awareness of materials/textures, and a practical grasp of animation.
• UI design portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
• Detail-oriented.
• Critical thinker.
• Problem solver and customer-centered.
• Experience in tools like Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision.
• Fluent English language skills.
