We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create innovative, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, ensuring seamless and impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver intuitive, functional, and visually engaging user interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and align design solutions with business goals.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and adherence to design systems and guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative design solutions.
• Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
