UI/UX Designer

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive, user-focused interfaces for dashboards, charts, and reports that display large volumes of data.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and users to gather requirements and iterate quickly.
• Translate technical workflows and backend processes into user-friendly flows and screens.
• Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final mockups for web interfaces.
• Drive visual and interaction consistency across the platform.
• Contribute to the design system to ensure scalable and reusable UI components.
• Help define and validate the user experience through usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and feedback loops.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for B2B or SaaS applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful data presentation and information architecture.
• Experience designing dashboards and interfaces for products with high data density (charts, logs, performance metrics, etc.).
• Comfort collaborating with engineering teams — ideally with some exposure to JVM-based ecosystems (e.g., basic knowledge of Java, build tools, services).
• Ability to make UX decisions that balance clarity, performance, and engineering constraints.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Framer etc, and experience with prototyping tools.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility principles, and performance-aware design.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with developer-focused tools or monitoring/observability platforms.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and how designs translate to code.
• Experience working in Agile environments or with CI/CD pipelines.
• An eye for improving not just interfaces, but the workflows behind them.
