UI/UX Designer

Description

Responsible for UI/UX design for the Trucker Path product, owning the overall user experience and design quality of assigned products.

Gain in-depth understanding of product requirements, business objectives and user scenarios; independently deliver information architecture, user flows, interaction solutions and high-fidelity UI designs.

Participate in early-stage product discussions, identify issues and propose recommendations from UX and design perspectives, and drive the implementation of solutions.

Build and continuously maintain design specifications, component libraries and design systems for mobile and web platforms to ensure consistent experience across multiple products and platforms.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clearly communicate design proposals, follow up on development implementation and design reviews to guarantee final design fidelity.

Keep track of North American users’ habits, aesthetic preferences and cultural differences to ensure product design aligns with target market requirements.

Proficiently leverage AI tools to support user research, requirement analysis, creative exploration, visual asset generation, copy optimization and interactive prototyping, improving design efficiency and output quality.

Explore AI applications within the design workflow; conduct professional evaluation and refinement on generated outputs while complying with data security, user privacy, copyright and brand guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Visual Communication, Interaction Design or related fields is preferred.3+ years of experience in UI, UX, interaction design or product experience design, with proven experience launching mature internet products.End-to-end UI/UX design capability; able to independently handle the full cycle from requirement comprehension, workflow mapping, interaction design to visual delivery.Solid English reading and writing skills, capable of understanding English product documentation, working with English UI content and participating in cross-border collaboration.Skilled in design tools; able to independently build and maintain component libraries, design standards and multi-platform design systems.Familiar with iOS, Android, Web and responsive design specifications, capable of addressing multi-device adaptation issues.Strong communication, project execution and cross-team collaboration skills.

Experience designing map, navigation, mobility or automotive-related products.Experience designing products for the North American market or other overseas markets.Experience working on both consumer-facing mobile products and B-end admin platforms.Experience building or upgrading a design system from scratch.Deep experience integrating AI tools to establish stable, efficient workflows with demonstrable practical cases.Excellent English communication skills with solid understanding of North American users’ cultural context and product preferences.
