We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and usability best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences that delight our users and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals.
- Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and behaviours.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Translate complex concepts into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UX research, interaction design, and visual design.
- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Skills Required
