About The Role:
We are seeking a UX/Ul Designer to drive the design efforts for our digital products. This role will involve crafting intuitive user interfaces and delivering seamless user experiences across various platforms.
You’ll need a meticulous approach to create wireframes and functional specifications promptly for complex designs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Design process from concept to execution.
● Create user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, site maps and other UX documentation to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
● Interpret and translate wireframes into tangible and compelling experiences.
● Expertise in creating comprehensive design systems, including reusable component libraries, to
streamline design processes and implementing nested component architectures for modular design and customization.
● Ability to take design decisions based on a strategic design roadmap or personal design expertise and reasoning.
● Create documentation and guidelines for effective usage of design system components.
● Manage the entire design workflow, from initial wireframes and prototype to final delivery to developers.
● Collaborate closely with development teams for seamless integration of design components.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
● Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product managers and Engineers.
● Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in user experience, design or related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a professional digital design role.
● Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite.
● Data oriented and able to extract insights from product dashboards
● Strong understanding of UX/Ul design principles and best practices.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
● Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
● Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects.
● Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
● Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
