Description
Galaxsys is looking for a UI/UX Designer who enjoys understanding player behavior and turning insights into intuitive, effective, and engaging experiences. In this role, you'll be creating visually rich, polished, and engaging game UI, working with design systems and component-driven structures to bring ideas to life.
You'll combine strong visual design skills with a solid UX mindset, using research findings and player insights to guide your design decisions.
Responsibilities

• Design visually rich and engaging game interfaces
• Create high-quality UI elements, assets, and component-based systems
• Work with Figma components, variants, and design systems to ensure consistency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and product goals into design solutions
• Use player behavior insights and research to improve user experience and engagement
• Use research insights and competitive audits to improve design solutions
• Use AI tools to create game assets when needed and integrate them into the design workflow

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of UI/UX processes and high-quality design outcomes
• Strong visual design skills with a high level of polish and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and structured systems
• Experience designing complex interfaces and component-driven UI systems
• Solid understanding of player behavior and engagement patterns
• Experience working with design systems (building, maintaining, or scaling)
• Ability to design for data-heavy and back-office interfaces
• Experience with AI image generation tools (MidJourney, Freepik, or similar)
• Ability to conduct and apply competitive analysis and user research
