As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Emerson’s global knowledge ecosystem by developing governance frameworks, supporting contributors, and ensuring that knowledge assets remain accurate, accessible, and impactful. • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of knowledge governance frameworks, standards, and policies.
• Coach contributors and publishers on article creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management to ensure consistency and alignment with KCS best practices.
• Collaborate with SMEs and KDEs to identify content gaps, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and enhance overall knowledge usability and accessibility.
• Conduct reviews and audits of knowledge content for accuracy, relevance, and usefulness, including recurring lifecycle content assessments.
• Create and update reports and dashboards that track KCS Solve Loop performance, knowledge reuse, case deflection, and self-service activity.
• Facilitate cross-functional knowledge discussions to encourage collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement.
• Own the KCS Solve Loop and champion the consistent adoption of KCS best practices across teams.
• Manage KCS licenses, permissions, role-based access, and the knowledge base structure in testing environments; actively participate in enhancement testing and provide input that supports KM program optimization.
