Team & Context
You will be part of the Murex Web team, responsible for designing, developing, and evolving the core framework that powers the majority of user interfaces—over 10,000 screens—across the MX.3 platform.
This framework is built on a C++ server-side architecture and currently uses Java Swing for its front end. The team is actively transitioning the UI layer to a modern Angular-based web application, aiming to enhance user experience and interface scalability.
Working closely with UX and UI designers, you will also collaborate regularly with functional experts and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery.
Your missions
As a member of this team, you’ll be involved in the evolution of the front end to Angular along with corrective or evolutive maintenance of existing features.
You will :
· Collaborate with your team including product management and UI designer to deliver high quality features.
· Understand existing code line, and propose and lead the implementation of technical enablers to evolve it (refactoring streams, quality streams, technical stack upgrades…)
· Active participation in code reviews
Your profile
- Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in web development technologies, frameworks, and automated testing practices.
- Proficient in Java, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in leveraging collective intelligence to drive innovation and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Angular and Spring Boot for modern web application development.
- Familiarity with legacy technologies such as Java Swing and C++, with an ability to contribute to both modernization and maintenance efforts.
