Observability Engineering is the organization that is the “eyes and ears” of Netflix engineering. This team is responsible for implementing infrastructure and tools to enable visibility into the health of thousands of applications that power Netflix. Thanks to this critical work, Netflix is able to power a highly available system that rivals the reliability of utilities.
In this role, you will partner with engineers across Netflix to build tools and infrastructure that enable fellow engineers to gather timely and actionable insights that help the Netflix service operate reliably. The team works on foundational services relied upon by 3500 engineers and combines many observability signals into usable, actionable insights

We’re looking for you to have experience with:
Proficiency building API driven, data rich and intuitive UI products
Proficiency building with GraphQL and Node.js
Proficiency in building scalable and maintainable applications using React and TypeScript.
Working on consumer and enterprise products over multiple release cycles
Nice to have:
Experience working with product and design teams
Experience working in Observability
Experience collaborating with backend engineers to design maintainable systems
