- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision.
- Work across different platforms and technologies as needed.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Epics and Jira tickets.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Maintain a high level of accountability and initiative in day-to-day work.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with deep understanding of ES6+ features and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with both React or Angular frameworks.
- Solid understanding of modern frontend tooling and build processes.
- Experience with legacy AngularJS (1.x).
- Exposure to .NET technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
