About
the Role
We are
looking for a UI Designer to create high-fidelity digital experiences and
scalable interface components that can be effectively translated into
production by Front-End Developers.
This role
focuses on transforming UX concepts and product requirements into polished,
accessible, responsive, and brand-aligned interfaces. You will work closely
with UX and Engineering teams to ensure designs are accurately interpreted,
consistently implemented, and aligned with established design systems and
component libraries.
The ideal
candidate combines strong visual design skills with a practical understanding
of design systems, responsive interfaces, accessibility, and Front-End
development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity UI designs
and interface components for implementation by Front-End Developers.
- Translate UX concepts,
wireframes, and requirements into polished and production-ready visual
designs.
- Design responsive interfaces
that provide consistent experiences across different screen sizes and
devices.
- Create and maintain reusable UI
components within established design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with UX
Designers and Engineering teams throughout the design and implementation
process.
- Ensure designs are clear,
detailed, and technically interpretable for Front-End Developers.
- Apply accessibility principles
to UI designs and ensure interfaces align with WCAG guidelines.
- Maintain visual consistency
with established brand guidelines and product standards.
- Contribute to the evolution and
continuous improvement of design systems and component libraries.
- Review implemented interfaces
and collaborate with Engineering to identify and resolve design
inconsistencies or visual gaps.
Requirements
Functional Skills
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively
with UX Designers, Front-End Developers, Product Managers, and other
cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design Interpretation: Ability to translate UX
concepts, requirements, and user flows into detailed, high-fidelity visual
designs.
- Accessibility Awareness: Understanding of accessible
design principles and their application to digital interfaces.
- Branding Awareness: Ability to apply brand
guidelines consistently while maintaining a cohesive product experience.
- Attention to Detail: Strong visual judgment and
attention to spacing, typography, hierarchy, consistency, and interaction
states.
Technical Skills
- Figma: Strong proficiency in creating
high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and reusable components.
- Design Systems: Experience working with and
contributing to scalable design systems.
- Component Libraries: Ability to create and maintain
reusable UI components and component specifications.
- Responsive Design: Strong understanding of
designing interfaces for different screen sizes, devices, and breakpoints.
- WCAG Accessibility: Practical understanding of Web
Content Accessibility Guidelines and accessible UI design principles.
Skills Required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with UX Designers, Front-End Developers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to translate UX concepts, requirements, and user flows into detailed, high-fidelity visual designs
