- It’s a leading role, where you’ll have the opportunity to work within cross-functional design teams, helping shape concepts, push ideas and deliver best-in-class digital experiences

Alongside strong visual and interaction design skills, you’ll bring creative and conceptual thinking, helping teams explore possibilities, challenge assumptions and turn early ideas into tangible concepts. You’ll push ideas beyond the expected and bring future experiences to life through high-quality design, prototyping, motion and storytelling.
Throughout your work, you’ll collaborate with others to develop and uphold design standards through peer reviews and knowledge sharing. You’ll also lead and facilitate workshops and produce craft reports, as well as contribute to playback sessions with multiple stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Pushing the usability and market success of our new and current products, enabling us to fulfil our business objectives
- Producing journey maps, UX wireframes, hi-fidelity UI designs and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas to obtain stakeholder buy-in
- Running and managing ideation, brainstorming and critique workshops with multiple stakeholders
- Working closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find solutions to design challenges that appeal to customers

We’ll also expect you to have:
- Experience of developing customer-facing digital applications and products and in launching customer-focused digital products
- Confidence contributing to both vision-led innovation work and the delivery of production-ready designs.

This flexibility supports personalisation of coverage, particularly in Great Britain where the framework is most detailed.
-
Retirement Support — Employer-funded pension contributions are provided on top of salary in Great Britain, alongside automatic retirement enrollment and share/save programs. This creates structured long‑term wealth support as part of total reward.
-
Parental & Family Support — UK policies outline extended maternity, adoption and equal partner leave on full pay with a phased return, plus paid neonatal care leave. These provisions are positioned as market‑leading and complement broader flexibility resources.
