Customer Development Excellence
JOB PURPOSE

This position is part of the Sales team in the Foods Solutions Division, specifically within the CD (Sales) Excellence department. The role is designed to drive excellence in commercial operations, ensuring optimal trade terms, pricing strategies, and incentive systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with analytical insights and innovative solutions to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Main Responsibilities:
Trade Terms:
Establish guidelines for NRM and TMI OFF policy.
Manage, control, and review TMI OFF agreements.
Fixed: Manage bonus platform.
Variable: Manage contracts (rebates and templates).
Extension/creation/modification of agreement accruals + follow-up.
Pricing:
Manage AVE discount file.
Business case file control.
Sales Incentive System:
UFS (internal sales network):
-Automate system calculations, results, and liquidation of various achievements.
-Ideate new incentive model for 2026.DSR (distributors):
Follow-up on the 2025 incentive plan.
Calculate results and liquidation of various achievements.
Mix:
Immediate Project: New daily sales reporting.
-Forecasting: Follow the process from bottom-up with the commercial team to the planning team.
-Analytical support for the sales team: e.g., stock management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor Degreed
Experience of min 3-5 years in a fast paced environment
High predisposition and analytical capacity.
Deep knowledge of key KPIs in the FMCG industry.
High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint.
Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to challenge the status quo to provide improvement solutions.
Empathetic ability to quickly integrate into a cross-functional team.
Great team player and collaboration with other areas of the business
