Main Responsibilities:
- Activation and campaign execution; collaborate with internal cross-functional team, assigned agencies, and external stakeholders e.g. Chef Association, Culinary Schools, .... to ensure seamless execution.
- Customer engagement and relationship building; establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, wholesalers, and other stakeholders as well as to act as point of contact for customers and external stakeholders to ensure tailored activation solutions and/or campaign objective delivery.
- Performance tracking and reporting; measure and evaluate the effectiveness of activations and campaigns along with Operator Experience Marketing Team versus KPIs.
- Support CD and Marketing in arranging schedule/meeting and processing relevant documents and claims where necessary.
- Other Project Responsibilities as Assigned: Taking on additional tasks and projects as needed. These could vary widely depending on the needs of the business and might include special initiatives, process improvements, or other duties assigned by management.
Experience & Qualification :
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing support, trade marketing support roles.

- Excellent ability to manage projects efficiently, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build connection and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Exceptionally organized, focuses on details, and committed to delivering top-quality work.
