岗位职责：
- 1、负责平台各端产品的体验设计工作，能够在理解产品和业务逻辑的基础上，�晰定义设计目标；
- 2、能独自完成整个设计链路的相�工作，�括前期用户调研、数据分析，信息架构和交互流程搭建，高保真设计稿输出，并能同开发紧密合作保证最终实现效果；
- 3、有较丰富的设计经验，能很好完成复杂产品或项目的设计工作，对于细节�注，对于产品数据指标熟悉并有好的理解度；
- 4、有好的自驱能力和学习能力，能够在不断变化的环境中快速学习适应，给出有创新性的解法；
- 5、�备良好的沟通能力和写协作能力，善于项目沟通及推动落地；
任职要求：
- 1、本科及以上学历，美术设计类相�专业，有3年以上UX设计工作经验；
- 2、对于工作有热�，工作效率高，重视细节，在一定强度的压力下能坚持设计底线；
- 3、精通Figma、Sketch等常见的设计软件，熟悉主流操作平台的设计规范，例如iOS、Android、Web；
- 4、英语语言能力好，有海外留学或海外项目经验�优�
