UC Systems Administrator

*There is a 3-day work-from-home component to this position however, employee MUST reside in Pennsylvania and be able to come into the office when needed or requested by manager. Must also have a High Speed Data Connection with a Minimum of 100 Mbps and a quiet dedicated office space.

Pencor is searching for a Unified Communications Systems Administrator to add to our UC team. The UC team supports the VoIP infrastructure across the entire enterprise. Preference will be given to candidates with Avaya certifications. 

General responsibilities include:  

• Assisting with call routing
• IVR work flows
• Telephony Cabling
• Voice Application Integration
• Phone Provisioning
• 911 Services, Fax and Emergency Notifications
• Troubleshooting hardware for voice services
• Interacting with multiple departments and different data networks
• Supporting a variety of call applications
• Installing hardware
• Analyzing usage reports
• Traveling to any of our company sites as needed
• Other duties as assigned   

Qualifications: 

• Associates Degree focusing on Networking or Telecommunications
• Valid PA Driver’s License and good driving record
• Established Residency in Pennsylvania
• Operator and Contact Center Experience
• UC / Data Troubleshooting Experience
• 911 and Toll Compliance Experience
• Telephony Cable Experience
• Experience with PRI, SIP Circuits
• Experience with Analog lines and MTA devices
• Knowledge Avaya Aura Communications Manager
• Knowledge of Avaya Session border controllers
• Knowledge of Enterprise-Level Call Routing
• Knowledge of Voice Vlan / Networking
• Ability to travel within our company footprint as needed
• Ability to come into the office in Palmerton as scheduled
