About the jobCronos Europa is looking for a detail-oriented UAT Tester to strengthen our QA team working in the Aeroline sector. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex systems by working closely with business, technical, and stakeholder teams.
This role is primarily focused on manual testing, with a clear opportunity to evolve towards test automation.
Your responsibilities:- Analyse functional and non-functional documentation (user stories, use cases, specifications)
- Design and prepare test scenarios and test cases (manual & automation-ready)
- Execute test campaigns and identify, report, and track defects
- Perform retesting and validation after fixes
- Ensure full coverage via traceability matrices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and testing scope
- Participate in test reviews and continuous improvement
- Contribute to test planning and quality strategy
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in manual testing / test analysis
- Strong experience with test design and end-to-end scenarios
- Ability to work with functional documentation and extract test conditions
- Solid understanding of test execution and defect management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Fluent English
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Experience in Agile environments
- Exposure to non-functional testing (performance, security, etc.)
- Basic knowledge or interest in test automation
- Technical or development background
- Experience in air traffic management or similar domains is an asset
