Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing User Acceptance Testing activities to ensure systems meet business requirements and are ready for production release. Core Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the UAT strategy, scope, and approach to ensure alignment with business objectives and deployment milestones.
- Develop and manage UAT test plans, test cases, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Prepare, review, and communicate daily testing status and defect reports; manage daily testing execution and defect tracking activities.
- Review, prioritize, and triage defects; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely defect resolution and retesting.
- Coordinate internal and external testing resources and facilities, including collaboration with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
- Support cutover planning, participate in go/no-go decisions, and oversee post-release validation activities.
- Manage testing environment requests, including setup of test accounts and provisioning of required test data.
- Provide technical leadership and consultation on testing philosophies, methodologies, best practices, procedures, and techniques.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues appropriately to leadership and stakeholders.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance related to testing and release readiness.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; demonstrate flexibility to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required.

Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in telecom testing, release, or QA leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of telecom systems (BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, provisioning preferred).
- Hands-on experience with UAT, defect management, and release coordination.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Experience in Agile / SAFe / DevOps environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
