Job Description

The Trainee Proposal & Quotation Coordinator will support the preparation, coordination and submission of technical proposals and quotations to clients. The role involves assisting with the administration and organisation of tender and proposal documentation while liaising with internal technical teams and external clients to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key responsibilities include acknowledging receipt of client enquiries, logging opportunities within internal tracking systems, and assisting in the preparation and formatting of proposals and quotations. The role will also involve coordinating with Technical Managers, the HSE team and other internal stakeholders to gather the necessary technical and commercial information required for submissions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining proposal databases, updating records, and ensuring documents are properly filed and stored in accordance with company procedures. In addition, the role will support general administrative tasks within the office as required.

Qualifications

This position would suit a dynamic and motivated technical graduate who is highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with different stakeholders, and work proactively within a team environment.
