Lead and manage the U.S. Controlling function, ensuring effective financial operations, robust internal controls, and consistent application of U.S. accounting policies and procedures.
Serve as a strategic business partner to operational and functional leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive performance and support long-term business goals.
Partner and align closely with the Regional Controller and global Finance team members to ensure U.S. processes are consistent with enterprise-wide standards, policies, and reporting requirements.
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of the consolidated U.S. financial statements and monthly reporting, ensuring timely, reliable, and business-relevant results, which included the consolidation and eliminations of the intercompany transactions.
Support the development of the annual budget and forecasts, partnering with leaders to align financial planning with business priorities.
Manage the U.S. payroll function in partnership with HR, ensuring compliance with all payroll-related requirements and accurate employee compensation processing.
Manage U.S. treasury and cash flow activities, including banking relationships and liquidity planning.
Partner closely with Tax and Corporate Reporting functions to ensure alignment on U.S. compliance, reporting accuracy, and effective financial planning.
Serve as primary liaison with external auditors for U.S. audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial data.
Own and maintain U.S. accounting and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity, governance, and continued system effectiveness.
Act as a change champion, leading Finance through digital transformation initiatives, process improvements, and ERP implementations or upgrades.
Collaborate with FP&A and Manufacturing Accounting teams to connect operational performance with financial outcomes and deliver insights that influence business strategy.
Act as Finance governance within the U.S. business, ensuring adherence to corporate Finance policies and standards while tailoring solutions to meet business needs.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and Finance-related projects that improve processes, strengthen controls, and modernize U.S. financial operations.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
CPA strongly preferred; CMA or other relevant certification a plus.

12–15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven ability to partner with business leaders to align Finance with strategy, anticipate business needs, and deliver insights that inform decisions.
Strong track record of partnering across regions and with global Finance colleagues to drive alignment and consistency.
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated track record as a hands-on finance leader who balances technical expertise with strategic thinking.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to build relationships across Finance and with operational leaders.
Experience leading teams through organizational and digital change, with demonstrated success as a change champion in ERP or system transformation environments.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
