Translate manufacturing requirements into system designs and solutions supporting predictive analytics, decision support, automation, and capacity optimization. Ensure system uptime, data integrity, and scalability in a 24/7 environment. Integrate data from equipment and databases for analytics and visualization (SPC, dashboards).• Manufacturing & Cleanroom Operations --• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align AI/system solutions with cleanroom standards. Support deployment, validation, and documentation in manufacturing settings, ensuring accuracy in equipment tracking.• Cross-Functional Collaboration --• Work with Production, Equipment, Workforce Development, IT, and Automation to develop system roadmaps. Communicate technical concepts and support change management for AI tool adoption, adapting to production priorities.• Teamwork and Communication --• Exhibit strong listening and communication skills, work effectively with stakeholders, and take responsibility for outcomes. Proactively seek improvements and comply with policies and safety standards.
