Sourceworx, in partnership with MICT SETA, invites unemployed TVET graduates to apply for an 18 Months TVET Placement Programme designed to provide structured workplace exposure, practical training, and industry-relevant experience.
This programme is intended for candidates who have successfully completed their N6 qualification and require 18 months of in-service training/workplace experience to satisfy the requirements for obtaining their National Diploma. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and enhance their employability in a professional working environment. Applications from persons with disabilities and candidates from previously disadvantaged groups are encouraged.
Minimum Requirements
• South African citizen
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
• Must have completed an N6 qualification from a recognized TVET College in Marketing Management/Information Technology/ Computer Science
• Require 18 months of workplace experience/in-service training to obtain a National Diploma
• Currently unemployed and never participated in any SETA placement programme
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
