Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the management of the site and warehouse, improve the quality management system and implement it, supervise whether the operation of the production quality system complies with regulations.
2. Master production status, coordinate the cooperation among various departments, and solve various problems that arise during the production process.
3. Optimize the material cost and labor cost in the production process.
4. Develop training plans for employees, including new employee training, on-the-job skills and safety training, etc. Inspect the production site, promptly check and correct the work status and safety elements of the employees.
5. Check and supervise the work of subordinates, output the department's work status and production data.
6. Optimize the production plan and inventory quantity, reduce the delivery time.
1. Have experience as an internal auditor for quality systems and occupational health systems and be willing to undergo audits.
2. Proficient in office software and capable of conducting data analysis and report writing.
3. Prior experience in automotive interior production is preferred.
4. Have basic English reading and writing skills.
5. Familiar with MRP system operation, such as QAD.
