Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to align demand forecasts with business strategies and promotional activities.
- Analyze demand variability, forecast accuracy, and bias; continuously monitor forecast performance and recommend improvements.
- Translate demand forecasts into actionable inputs for supply planning, production planning, and inventory management.
- Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to demand changes and proactively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Manage and update demand planning systems and tools (e.g., ERP, APS, forecasting software).
- Support new product launches, phase-in/phase-out planning, and lifecycle management.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on demand trends, forecast accuracy, and key KPIs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management (more for senior positions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Must be proficient in writing and speaking both English and Chinese (Mandarin). Additional language skills are a plus.

Skills Required
