As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsible for ensuring optimal product availability across stores and distribution centers by overseeing key performance indicators such as SWA, AVL, DOI, and shrink. This role drives continuous inventory analysis, purchase list optimization, timely execution of transfers, and joint planning with suppliers to maintain the right balance between service levels, inventory turnover, and operational efficiency. Additionally, the position plays a critical role in sustaining a seamless information flow among stores, suppliers, and end users to guarantee consistent on-shelf availability and support overall business performance.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

Analyze and monitor inventory days by category, store, and/or distribution center, recommending optimization actions aligned with business targets.
 

Oversee and ensure product availability across points of sale by identifying stock-outs and proposing proactive, data-driven solutions.
 

Update and maintain purchase wishlists in coordination with the buying team, ensuring they reflect real needs and established prioritization criteria.
 

Perform periodic adjustments to purchase lists, incorporating insights on turnover, seasonality, and demand behavior.
 

Manage and coordinate product transfers between stores or distribution centers to balance inventory levels and reduce shrink or overstock.
 

Generate follow-up reports and early-warning alerts regarding critical items, excess inventory, or abnormal rotation patterns.
 

Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Commercial Planning, and Operations to ensure an integrated and end-to-end view of the supply chain.
