Asegurar la integridad, trazabilidad y control del inventario en las darkstores, mediante auditorías físicas y administrativas, monitoreo de movimientos y gestión de mermas, brindando soporte directo al Turbo Operations Lead y liderando al equipo de analistas de inventario.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
- Liderar y coordinar al equipo de Inventarios.
- Supervisar conteos, auditorías e inventarios (cíclicos y generales).
- Monitorear movimientos de inventario: transferencias, recepciones y ajustes.
- Detectar, analizar y reducir mermas y diferencias de inventario.
- Ejecutar auditorías físicas y administrativas en tienda.
- Dar seguimiento a KPIs de inventario y preparar reportes para stakeholders.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de estrategias operativas en tienda.
- Realizar conciliaciones de inventario con operadores logísticos.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el manejo de inventarios y control de inventario, idealmente en cadenas de retail.
- Facilidad de análisis de información, análisis y acompañamiento a ejecuciones.
- Manejo de herramientas Ofimáticas
- Conocimiento en FIFO.
- Experiencia en elaboración de reportes y seguimiento de mermas.
