Sous la supervision du directeur adjoint ententes financières clients, le (la) titulaire sera responsable des tâches suivantes :
Participer à l’extraction de données pour les rapports financiers annuels ;
Produire les écritures comptables des rapports financiers annuels ;
Participer au maintien de l’information contenue dans les bases de données ;
Participer à la production des factures et aux encaissements pour les régimes d’avantages sociaux non assurés (RASNA) ;
Préparer les documents de validation des transactions financières dans les fonds de dépôts ;
Participer à l’amélioration de nos façons de faire et à leur documentation ;
Participer à toutes autres tâches connexes.
EXIGENCES :
Baccalauréat en comptabilité, en actuariat, en administration ou autre domaine connexe; en cours ;
Diplôme d’études collégiales en techniques de comptabilité et de gestion (DEC ou AEC – un atout) ;
Connaissances avancées d’Excel ;
Connaissances de base des autres logiciels Office Pro (Outlook, Word, Access) ;
Niveau de connaissance intermédiaire de la langue anglaise puisque la personne sera amenée à traiter des tâches en anglais demandées par des partenaires anglophones sur une base quotidienne ;
Minutie et forte attention aux détails ;
Connaissance des produits d’assurance (un atout).
