We are looking for a talented TSS Safety Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you’ll help protect our members, guests, employees, and property while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. You’ll respond to security incidents, medical situations, and emergencies with professionalism, calm focus, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and proactive problem‑solving are key to being successful in this position.

What you will do?

• Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and employees.
• Patrol the property to prevent, detect, and respond to security incidents, medical emergencies, hazards, and operational issues.
• Handle service calls, investigate incidents, and resolve situations professionally while protecting confidentiality and club standards.
• Manage access control, complete inspections, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Provide first aid and emergency assistance until medical teams arrive.
• Train, support, and supervise team members within the Public Safety department.
• Collaborate with other departments and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
• Uphold all safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements while representing the CostaTerra standard of professionalism.

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma or equivalent experience, plus relevant training or certifications.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective in high‑pressure situations.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks (running, climbing stairs, lifting, long periods of standing).
• Optional but valued: TAS/TEM certification, Vigilante course.
• Ability to pass interviews, knowledge tests, and practical evaluation exercises.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, responsible, and committed to safety excellence.
