Job Description:

Job Summary

• The job at UPS is a technical support position responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, desktop systems, and related hardware and software. The position emphasizes effective communication with customers, and it involves site visits for on-site troubleshooting and hardware/software installations or upgrades. Ideal candidates should possess technical knowledge of Operating Systems, familiarity with various software and networking tools, and preferred technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Organizing technical-related projects
• Hardware and Software Installation, Support, and Maintenance
• Infrastructure Support (Network, Server, Telecom)
• Learning and Training
• Inventory audit and control
• Report and communication to overseas

Qualifications

• Required
  • Effective communication skills to both technical and non-technical users
  • Hands-on knowledge upon IT infrastructure and Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Proficient in writing and speaking in English
  • Self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn
  • Customer-oriented, trustworthy, positive, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Preferred
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in related technical experience or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer-related or equivalent
  • Technical certifications

Working Hours

• 40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 12:00-21:00. Exclude 1 hour break)

Location

• UPS Korea Incheon Office (Incheon Int'l Airport Cargo Terminal C, 77-45 Gonghangdong-ro 295beon-gil, Jung-gu, Incheon)
• On-the-Job Training will be conducted in HQ office (Seoul) for months and assigned to Incheon Office afterwards.
