The role involves coordinating and monitoring daily trip operations, ensuring timely vehicle movement, supporting drivers and customers, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage daily trip operations from pickup to delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trip execution.
- Track vehicle movements and provide timely status updates.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Maintain trip records, operational reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.
- Follow up on trip delays, exceptions, and customer queries.
- Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
