Trimline Specialist

Job Description:

• zpracování přidělených zakázek dle data jejich schválení lékařem (prioritně ty nejstarší)
• stažení OAS souboru z portálu DTX do Spark Builderu
• následné kroky přímo ve Spark Builderu:
  • Compute Pre-Mold.
  • Kontrola vygenerované trimline (ořezová linie) na každé jednotlivé pozici pro daného pacienta – korekce chyb, vyrobitelnost, správa JIRA ticketů
  • Refine Pre-mold.
  • Export pre-mold do složky výrobních dat daného pacienta
  • Compute Mold.
  • Export mold do složky výrobních dat daného pacienta
  • Compute Mold
  • Kontrola Laser značení a případných Holes (díry) na každé jednotlivé pozici
• Přesunutí zpracované zakázky pomocí funkce „Forward“ v aplikaci CMS
• Vyplnění Work Order
• Podpora pro výrobní tým na lince
