About the job:- Improve and maintain good performance of Auto T/F machines, reduce unscheduled down time.
- Improve overall equipment efficiency to enhance machine productivity.
- Trouble shooting for related equipment, conduct PM activities and update requires.
- Spare part 2’nd source and localization to achieve cost saving target.
- Technical training to ops and technicians to develop competence.
- Initiate improvement project and delivery results.
- Establish SOP/WI for EQ maintenance, setup guild line.
- Other assignment from superior.
- College and above, major in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering.
- More than 4 years Auto T/F machine Engineer related experience in Semi-con
- manufacture site. Familiarity with T/F equipment from ASM, GMM, and BESI is
- preferred.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving competence, familiar with 8D/FMEA/SPC
- tools.
- Able to work under pressure and good communication skill.
- Good team work and show flexible work ability.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
