• Reviews Closing Disclosures for missing information after closing and prior to post closing 
• Ensures compliance with CFPB and TRID regulations 
• Processes and responds to all incoming methods of communication 
• Adapts to change in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to handle frequent changes

• 1+ years of business related experience
• Working knowledge about TRID requirements 
• Detail oriented, ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Strong oral and written communication skills 
• Highly adaptable team player

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred 
• 1+ years of compliance experience preferred 
• 1+ years of closing experience preferred

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
