Your Purpose 

onchain.cc is Bitso's onchain trading terminal: 50,000+ traders, over $10M in daily volume, and roughly 300% growth since we turned it into a terminal in April 2026. Perps and prediction markets carry most of the revenue, and all of it happens on the client surface. That surface is the product, and it is the one you would own.

We are looking for someone who already trades trenches. Not someone who studies the space from the outside, but a user of what we are building: tabs open on pump.fun, Axiom and FOMO, a wallet with history, and a gut feel for why a lost fill matters more than a pretty deck. You will own the client surface end to end across Solana and EVM, and you will propose, build and ship to production without waiting for permission.

The team is eight people, five in engineering, with no intermediate layer: you report straight to the Head of onchain.cc. We are AI-native across the whole workflow, not as decoration, and we are deep into post-agile practices. It is small, intense and honestly a bit chaotic. We compete for onchain distribution against terminals that move fast, and we have watched a few go past us in the rearview already.

Who You Are 

• Shipped onchain product to production. Real products carrying users and real money: perps, DEXs, launchpads, prediction markets or trading terminals. Hyperliquid, Polymarket, pump.fun, Axiom or equivalent. Side projects do not count, and we will open what you send us.
• Solana and EVM, both, with no friction. Not "I know EVM and I will learn Solana", and not the reverse. You have shipped on both.
• You trade trenches yourself. You understand a fill, slippage, priority fees, and why an entry gets lost. We want a user of the product, not an observer of the category.
• Demonstrable ownership: you have proposed features, built them and shipped them without a spec, a ticket or permission to move.
• Latency and realtime in the browser: websockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI, reconnection and backpressure. You can explain a performance problem by its cause, not by reciting a recipe.
• Trading UI depth: charting (TradingView), order flow, PnL, fills, transaction states, and handling onchain failures in a way a trader can act on.
• Wallet UX: Solana adapters, embedded wallets (Privy or similar), signing and approval flows.
• Genuinely AI-native in your daily work, with a clear account of what you delegate to an agent and how you review what comes back.
• Comfortable in high-performance remote work, with reasonable overlap with a global team.
• What You Will Do 
• Own the client surface of the onchain.cc terminal end to end: trenches, perps and prediction markets, across Solana and EVM.
• Take sole ownership of at least one revenue-bearing surface, from proposal to production, including its execution and fill-quality UX.
• Take the trenches terminal to parity or beyond against pump.fun, Axiom and FOMO on the interactions that decide a fill: latency, snipe controls, live data and one-click execution.
• Unify Solana and EVM wallet and transaction flows into a single surface, holding the Capacitor mobile app at feature parity.
• Propose what to build. Product judgment on latency-critical trading UX is the part of this job that does not get delegated.
• Drive down front-end latency on the trading surfaces, measured as p95 time to interactive and time to fill.
• Own the production defect rate and incident recurrence on the surfaces you ship.

Your Team

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You work alongside one other frontend engineer and a UX engineer, with backend and DevOps in the same eight-person unit, reporting directly to the Head of onchain.cc.
