Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Technical Support Analyst to join the Global Payments and Liquidity Technical Support team. This person will provide consultative technical support to small businesses, middle‑market companies, and corporate clients. The team partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support approximately 45 online banking applications, including solutions for payments, receivables, and reporting.
In this role, you will:
- Provide support for a small portfolio of customers
- Work with business client managers to maintain a portfolio of accounts
- Oversee overall customer experience
- Produce loan reports and forms related to initiation of the documentation process
- Assist in financial statement analysis for non-complex relationships
- Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
- Evaluate profitability and risk of designated portfolio
- Help with customer associated risk management
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Windows Operating System Fundamentals and Networking Fundamentals
- Understanding of computer networking, including but not limited to, local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), internet service provision (ISP), internet protocol (IP), local machine and group security policies, firewalls, and web proxy/content filtering
- Proven technical expertise of end-user operating systems, Windows 10, 11 and MacOS
- Demonstrated expertise of settings in Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari web browsers.
- Advanced proficiency with smartphones and tablets, including Apple iOS and Android OS, using both native application and web-based functions.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Knowledge and understanding of treasury management industry products and services
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
- Proven success in problem analysis and resolution with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- BS/BA degree in IT, CIS, Engineering or related field
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week
- Ability to work schedule Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT
