Job Summary:
The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate processing of disbursements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, and optimizing treasury operations. This role leads a high-performing team, handles end-to-end cash flow oversight, supervises financial documentation, and drives the continual improvement of our disbursement processes.
You will play a key part in financial close activities, liquidity planning, audits, and risk management—while mentoring a team and championing performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Disbursement Oversight & Team Leadership
Lead the end-to-end disbursement cycle, from verifying collection accuracy to overseeing complete documentation and deposit in company bank accounts.
Supervise and manage team workflow; delegate responsibilities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Evaluate and report team performance, identifying development opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
Onboard, train, and mentor new team members to ensure high standards of execution and compliance.
Treasury Management & Compliance
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for both operational demands and strategic goals.
Monitor payment processes and disbursement timelines, ensuring all transactions meet set deadlines and compliance standards.
Review and refine treasury policies, driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
Keep all bank records and documents up-to-date and securely filed for auditing and reference.
Performance & Reporting
Provide comprehensive performance insights and evaluation reports to leadership.
Maintain accountability by ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting across the disbursement lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with organizational goals.
Contribute to special projects and finance initiatives as needed—flexibility and a growth mindset are key.
