As a member of the Treasury & Cash Management team, our Treasury Specialist’s responsibilities will include a variety of general, cash management/treasury functions such as account, bank and report reconciliations and analysis, payment receipts, development of desktop procedures as well as day to day monitoring of payment activities and posting bank transactions – all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

Qualifications:
· The Treasury Specialist will have or is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Attributes:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
· Demonstrated ability to accurately key accounting data - 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.
· Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail and meet established deadlines.
· Ability to think analytically and to make sound judgments from analysis.
· Ability to work flexible hours during periods of heavy workloads.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of staff and management.
· Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with stakeholders.
· Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
What You Will Do at Cambia:
· Reviews daily bank activity to accurately post and reconcile transactions.
· Prepares required daily and monthly journal entries on a timely basis such as split payments, corrections and bank returned items and reclass transactions as appropriate.
· Maintains and reconciles various balance sheet accounts on a timely basis and ensures their accuracy by preparing all necessary documentation for reconciling journal entries.
· Accurately gathers, validates, and summarizes accounting or statistical data.
· Responsible for identification and research of payments and coordinate posting to various A/R systems.
Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.
· National pay structure — applies to Washington, Oregon, and to the Boise, Lewiston, and Salt Lake City metro areas: The full hourly range is $20.00 - $32.50 per hour and the bonus target is 6%.
· Regional pay structure — applies to Arkansas, Idaho, and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The full hourly range is $18.25 - $29.30 per hour and the bonus target is 6%.
