As the Associated-Director in the ALM, Treasury & Investment Products department, you will be in charge of the Treasury & Solutions team. Reporting directly to the Vice-Director, you will be in charge of the supervision of the operational activities and the people management in accordance with your senior management.

Team Management:

• Leading and supporting a team of 2 treasury specialists:
  • Fostering a positive work atmosphere where employees feel motivated, valued, and connected to the team and the organization.
  • Promoting collaboration, trust, and cohesion among team members.
  • Addressing any potential conflicts among team members to your senior management and/or HR Partner
  • Supporting employee growth through training, mentorship, coaching, and advancement opportunities.
• Hiring:
  • Leading the recruitment process with your Talent Acquisition Partner
  • Ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the team, the organization, its culture, policies, and their specific roles.
• Performance Management: Setting performance expectations, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any performance issues.
• Conducting under performance process with the help of your Senior Management and HR Partner.

Operations management:

• Manage and supervise liquidity and collateral operations
• Manage and supervise crypto-assets activities 
• Supervise and/or execute the treasury investment strategy set by senior management of the department
• Coordinate the maintenance and improvements of quantitative models / tools used for managing the Bank’s liquidity & balance sheet
• Maintain, in cooperation with senior management, relationships with the Bank’s network of counterparties
• Ensure compliance with internal and external limits 
• Contribute actively to the optimization of the overall department’s operations and workflows
• Create and update procedures related to treasury management
• Collaborate with other departments on transversal projects

• Master's degree in a Quantitative field, Computer Science or Data Science
• At least 4 years of proven experience in a Swiss Bank ALM/treasury department.
• Experience in team leading and/or people training
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Python for data analysis.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web development and data visualization.
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong interest in financial markets and investment strategies.
• Proactive mindset, with ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
