Join our dynamic Treasury Services team as a Business Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation and influencing outcomes in complex business scenarios. This high-impact position involves conducting robust analytics to support senior product leaders, ensuring transparency around business performance drivers, and managing end-to-end business activities. As trusted advisors, we identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks, making this role essential to our success.
As a Business Manager within the Treasury Services team, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and providing thought leadership. You will collaborate closely with senior product leaders to ensure transparency around business performance drivers and support end-to-end business management activities. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior business leads.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leads to drive the strategic focus for the product in a fast-moving payments landscape.
- Provide high responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
- Manage agenda for Business Reviews by coordinating advanced planning activities and managing meeting content.
- Organize complex information strategically and compellingly, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
- Develop senior leadership presentation content highlighting growth opportunities and maintain multi-year forecast views for each product.
- Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
- Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables; drive specific action plans within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like SharePoint.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, continually simplifying, improving, and adding value to existing business processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
- Prior experience in Business Management or a COO role.
- Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in Treasury Services or a related financial services field.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikSense).
