This role offers a rare opportunity to work directly with executive leadership while building deep expertise across the bank’s treasury products, sales processes, and client engagement strategies. You’ll collaborate across departments—Sales, Product, Marketing, and Proposal Writing—to ensure our team shows up with excellence in every deal. It’s an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

  • Support the Head of Treasury Sales with strategic initiatives, including training development, competitor analysis, and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Proposal Writers and Product Managers to develop responses for client RFPs, RFIs, and sales proposals.
  • Serve as an internal project manager for select sales-driven initiatives, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with Treasury Sales Officers to support sales activities, including CRM management, prospect research, presentation development, and pre-call preparation.
  • Assist in coordinating client onboarding activities and internal implementation handoffs.
  • Develop and maintain client-facing materials and customized pitchbooks in collaboration with Treasury Product, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare internal business reporting, dashboards, and sales metrics to support quarterly business reviews and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, banking, proposal writing, or a sales support role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Salesforce and Loopio experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism with the ability to interact effectively across business lines and levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sense of ownership, integrity, and accountability.
