Job Description
- Performing manual and automatic payments on time
- Performing Foreign payments (import & service) as per internal KPIs
- Verifying and following up in a daily manner on transactions with the bank & identify anomalies for quick actions
- Managing incoming payments for Intercompany & third party following local and internal regulations
- Handling Corporate Cards service with the bank
- Undertaking “high risk” payment (Custom, Tax, Utility, payroll internal transfer …) on due date
- Ensuring the bank accounts liquidity
- Treasury Analysis and reporting
- Managing Bank's request and relationship with the bank
- Preparing bank statements analysis and data as per internal deadlines
- Preparing monthly cash flow statement & forecast in a timely & accurate manner with proper follow up with internal & external stakeholders
- Ensuring internal KPIs are met & documentation is up to date
- Managing bank access and entitlement & Electronic Banking Management
Qualifications
- Min 3 years of experience in treasury
- Good analytical & reporting skills
- Attention to details
- high time management skills
- Interest in ERPs and automation
- Good communication and organization skills
- High profieciency in Arabic & English
