BlueSnap is looking for a Treasury Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing BlueSnap's global payout function. This includes global cash management to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payout of funds to our global client base and, with the help of one direct report, this critical resource will find, investigate, and solve payout issues as well as respond to ad hoc requests made internal BlueSnap colleagues and external clients. This position will require working relationships with Sales, Finance, Risk, Accounting, and support. We require a problem solver, someone detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and someone who wants to learn how all parts of the BlueSnap ecosystem work together.
This role can be based from our Waltham, MA office on a hybrid schedule, or work remotely on the East Coast.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily cash and FX movements between global accounts
• Manage and monitor merchant account balances and daily funds transfers to global client base
• Full understanding of how the system calculates client transfers so to identify any issues and make any necessary adjustments to merchant account balances
• Utilize system resources to resolve payment issues and provide support teams with merchant level analyses
• Manage existing bank accounts and own process of opening any new accounts, including KYC
• Maintain relationships with all our banking partners in order to progress projects and more efficiently solve any issues that may arise
• Key contributor to the definition and development of internal tools to support the payout function
• Manage one direct report, Treasury & Payout Analyst
• Perform other audit, accounting and financial tasks as required
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, as needed

Requirements:

• Superior Excel skills

• Ability to work with all different areas of the company to bring an issue to resolution
• Experience with FX hedging
• Familiarity with Global Payments Standards and NetSuite Accounting software a plus
• Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant discipline and 5+ years' financial analysis experience; or appropriate combination of education and experience
